摘要
研究了三氧化二铝柱层析法 ,以 95 %乙醇为洗脱剂从大豆磷脂中分离磷脂酰胆碱的方法。通过本方法可使磷脂酰胆碱的含量及柱上的洗脱得率达 90 %以上。为用色谱法工业化生产磷脂酰胆碱提供了实验依据。
The saparation of phosphatidylcholine from soybean phospholipids by the chromatography method was researched in this papers.The AI 2O 3 Column was eluted with 95%EtOH.The yield and the enrichment of phosphatidylcholine were more than 90% respectively.This led the possibility of industry processing the phosphotidylcholine by the AI 2O 3 column chromatography.
