摘要
大豆磷脂中的PC含有 13%的胆碱 ,是生物利用率最高、最好的胆碱来源。为了得到较高纯度的PC产品 ,在实验中 ,以脱油磷脂为原料 ,进行溶剂分提富集PC。在较低的分提温度(30℃ )、较低的乙醇浓度 (90 %) ,有利于提高PC含量。
The PC of lecithin contains 13% of cholin.Lecithin supplements are the best and most bio-available way to get supplemental cholin.In the fractionation of deoiled lecithin,the optimal condition with respect to PC concentration was estimated to be temperatue 30℃,ethanol concentration 90%.
