摘要
本文叙述了阳离子松香胶的制备及应用,中性施胶时必须加一种能使松香胶沉淀并固定于纤维上的留着剂,采用聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷具有良好的效果。阳离子丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液可作为中性施胶剂的分散剂,对提高乳液的稳定性和纸的强度都有明显的作用。将阳离子丙烯酸树脂乳液加入松香与阴离子表面活性剂的熔融物中,作为松香胶的分散剂,得到的松香胶,胶乳尺寸细小,乳液稳定性高,且主要以桥联作用在中性条件下使松香酸吸附,并在明矾存在下进一步定位和固着。
This paper discusses the preparation of cationic rosin size and its application in the neutral or weakly acidic pH range.As the practical application, it is necessary to add the cationic acrylic copolymer emulsion as the dispersing agent and the PAE can be used as the special retention aids for the cationic rosin sizing.Another usable retention aids and dispersing agent is the cationic acrylic resin emulsion,which can disperse the size of rosin emulsion finer to get the higher stability of emulsion.The acrylic resin emulsion is helpful to the absorption of rosin acid with fiber by the action of bridge connection.then the retention and anchoring of sizing takes place with the existing of alum.
