摘要
对以米糠和碎米为原料 ,按天然糙米的组成进行配方 ,采用挤压方法生产米糠方便粥片的工艺进行了研究 。
The technology for making instant gruel flakes with rice bran and broken rice through extrusion on the basis of formulating as per the composition of natural brown rice was studied. The technology and equipment plan suitable for commercial production was put forward.
