摘要 在出砂油井上,常规抽油泵经常出现砂卡柱塞、砂埋抽油杆、砂磨泵筒和柱塞等现象,使抽油泵过早失效。针对这些问题,设计了长柱塞短泵筒与环空沉砂相结合的长柱塞式防砂泵。将该泵与常规抽油泵的工作原理进行对照,说明了其结构特点和工作原理。通过对几口典型井例的分析,指出了该泵的适用范围及注意事项。该泵已成功应用250多井次,延长出砂油井免修期二倍,降低了生产成本,为提高经济效益提供了一种有效的生产工具。 In sand production wells,such problems as plunger sand sticking , rod sand plugging and barrel sand wearing etc. are often occurred in conventional sucker rod pumps. In order to solve these problems, a new type sand control pump with long plunger and annular sand settling has been designed. Compared to the conventional pump, this paper describes its struture features and operation mechanism. Its suitable range and cautions in using are pointed out through analyzed several typical well examples. It provide a kind of valid tool to prolong sand production wells workover free period, reduce production cost and improve economic benifit.
