摘要
针对 PY1 60平地机后桥链轮半轴实际载荷工况 ,编制了相应的 8级载荷谱 ,利用载荷谱对改进前后的半轴进行疲劳寿命分析和预估。用等效强化对改进后的半轴进行室内台架疲劳试验。将半轴预估寿命、台架试验寿命及改进前后半轴的实际工程寿命进行对比和分析 ,验证了利用修正 Miner法则及 Goodman图线预估半轴疲劳寿命是可行和可靠的 ,满足实际工程需要的寿命预估。并为类似零部件的疲劳设计提供了方法和相关疲劳数据。
According to practical load conditions on rear-axle chain-wheel half-shaft of PY160 grader, an 8-grade load spectrum is compiled, and the fatigue life analysis and prediction for the original and modified shafts are achieved by the spectrum respectively. The equivalent strengthened test-rig fatigue tests for the shafts are accomplished. A fatigue life comparison is drawn between predictive values and analysed ones, test-rig fatigue tests and the practical applications. It validates that the fatigue life of the shaft calculated by the modified Miner rule and Goodman diagram is feasible and reliable, and meets the practical engineering requirements. A method and related fatigue data is provided for the fatigue life design of the similar parts described in the paper.
