摘要
目的 探讨MRI在移植肾方面的临床应用价值。方法 应用Philips 1 .0T超导型磁共振扫描仪对 1 2例移植肾病人进行检查。除常规扫描外 ,对 3例输尿管狭窄伴肾盂积水患者行MRU (磁共振泌尿系造影 )检查 ;4例移植肾动脉狭窄病人行三维动态对比增强血管造影检查。结果 5例移植肾位置、大小、形态、结构、信号未见异常 ;3例输尿管下端狭窄 ;4例移植肾动脉狭窄。结论 MRI能够无创性地对移植肾进行综合评价。
Objective To study the clinical application value of MRI for renal transplant.Methods 12 cases were examined with Philips 1.0T MR scanner. 3 cases, which suffered from ureterostenosis and hydronephrosis,were examined with MRU. 4 cases suspected stenosis of renal transplant artery tested by 3D DEC MRA. Results 5 cases were normal in the way of location, form, appearance, size, structure and sign. 3 cases, ureterostenosis. 4 cases,stenosis of renal transplant artery. Conclusion Renal transplant can be evaluated by MRI in the whole way non injuriously.
