摘要
目的 探讨二维超声显像在引导肝癌射频治疗中的应用与体会。方法 应用二维超声显像技术对 90例经皮集束电极射频治疗的肝癌患者进行穿刺引导 ,并实时监测射频治疗的全过程。结果 90例患者均在超声引导下成功穿刺治疗 ,并发症少。结论 准确的超声引导集束电极射频治疗术 。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of ultrasound (US) guide cluster electrode radio frequency ablation in liver cancer. Methods Using US guided cluster electrode radio frequency ablation to treat 90 cases of liver cancer, all process of treatment were observed realtime by ultrasonography. Results US guided cluster electrode radio frequency operation of all cases were completed successfuly. Complications were small in number. Conclusion Accurate US guided radio frequency ablation of liver cancer is important to increase treatment effect and decrease complications.
