摘要
目的 应用自行开发的图像处理系统 ,探讨量化诊断原发性肾小球肾炎的价值和途径。方法 采集受检者每只肾脏的冠状切面二维超声灰阶图 ,并将所采集的声像图经图像接口输入计算机 ,应用自行开发的图像处理系统进行量化分析。结果 肾实质回声的灰阶值随病变加重而变大 ,肾集合系统灰阶值随病变加重而逐渐变小 (P <0 .0 1)。早期肾炎的肾实质灰阶均值为 80 .2dB/cm2 ,肾集合系统灰阶均值为 10 3 .4dB/cm2 ,两者的灰阶比值在 0 .80以内 ,中期肾炎肾实质灰阶均值为 84.6dB/cm2 ,肾集合系统灰阶均值为 96 .3dB/cm2 ,两者的灰阶比值在 0 .80~ 0 .92 ,晚期肾实质灰阶均值为 87.3dB/cm2 ,肾集合系统灰阶均值为 91.7dB/cm2 ,两者的灰阶比值在 0 .92以上。结论 应用肾脏实质与肾集合系统的灰阶值能够反映肾炎病变程度 。
Objective A self developed image processing system for quantification analysis was used to study quantification on the diagnosis of primary glomerulonephritis.Methods The renal coronal section image was obtained by two dimensional ultrasonography in each patient.The collected images were put into the computer through image processing interface and were analysed by the self developed image processing system for quantification analysis.Results Renal parenchyma echo′s gray scale showed that grayscale mean increases with the exacerbation of lesion while renal collecting system gray scale mean decreases with the exacerbation of lesion.Renal parenchyma gray scale mean of early nephritis was 80.2 dB/cm 2 while renal collecting system gray scale mean was 103.4 dB/cm 2 so that the gray scale ratio was about 0.8 .Intermediate nephritis's renal parenchyma gray scale mean was 84.6 dB/cm 2 and renal collecting system gray scale mean was 96.3 dB/cm 2 so the ratio was between 0.80 and 0.92 .Late nephritis renal parenchyma gray scale mean was 87.3 dB/cm 2 and renal collecting system gray scale mean was 91.7 dB/cm 2 thus the ratio was above 0.92 .Conclusions The ratio of renal parenchyma and renal collecting system′s gray scale index of kidney can reflect the degree of kidney lesion and have great value of clinical diagnose.The exploited quantification analysis software is worth applying and disseminating.
