摘要
目的 :探索恶性眼睑肿瘤组织学控制性切除和自体足底皮移植修补眼睑缺损的远期效果。方法 :治疗 9例 (9只眼 )眼睑肿瘤患者 ,7例恶性肿瘤采用组织学控制性切除 ,2例良性肿瘤采用常规方法切除。眼睑完全缺损 7例 ,2 / 3缺损 1例 ,1/ 2缺损 1例。取自体足底皮片代替睑板修补眼睑缺损。结果 :术后随访平均 39 3个月。治愈 7例 ,好转 2例 ,眼睑肿瘤无复发 ,供皮足无功能障碍。结论 :组织学控制性切除恶性眼睑肿瘤疗效确切 ,自体足底皮移植重建眼睑有利于恢复眼睑的形态和功能。
Objective:To investigate the long term effect of malignant eyelid tumors resection under histologic control and using plantar dermis in eyelid reconstruction to replace tarsus.Methods:Of 9 patients (9 eyelids)with eyelid tumors,there were 7 cases in the upper eyelids and 2 cases in the lower eyelids.The ages of patients ranged from 49 to 80 years old.Malignant eyelid tumors in 7 eyes were resected under histologic control,while benign tumors in 2 eyes using conventional method.In 7 eyelids the defect was total,in 1 eyelid it was two thirds and in 1 eyelid it was one half.All the eyelid defects were reconstructed using plantar dermis to replace the tarsus.Results:All cases were followed up postoperatively for an average of 39 3 months.7 patients were cured and 2 patients were improved with no recurrence of tumor,and there no eyelid functional obstacle after tarsas replaced with plantar dermis.Conclusion:Resection under histologic control is a good and effective method to cure the malignant eyelid tumors,and plantar dermis is a good tissue to replace the tarsus,restoring the shape and functions of eyelid.
