摘要
建立了 14种有机磷农药在中草药金银花 L onicera chrysantha、三七 Panaopseu-do- ginsen、枸杞 Lycium chinense中的残留分析方法。采用微波辅助提取 ,C18-硅胶 SPE柱净化 ,毛细管气相色谱测定 ,优化了微波提取和净化条件 ,并与传统振荡提取法进行了比较。标准添加回收率为 80 .5 %~ 10 2 .7% ,相对标准偏差为 1.2 %~ 8.1% ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 0 4 mg/ kg(敌敌畏 )~ 0 .0 2 6mg/ kg(丙溴磷 ) 。
A multiresidue method for determination of 14 organophosphorous pesticides in some chinese medicinal plants was developed. These compounds were microwave assisted extracted (MAE) with acetone at 90 W for 5 min. After cleanup by C 18 Silica gel solid phase extraction, these phosphorous pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography with flame photometric detector. The conditions of MAE and cleanup were optimized. The recoveries were 85%~102.7% with RSD 1.2 %~8.1%. The minimum detectable levels were 0.004 mg/kg (dichlorvos)~0.026 mg/kg(profenofos). The recoveries were correspondent with that from conventional shake extraction.
