编辑能力是编辑素质的综合体现 ,是做好编辑工作的前提。面对经济全球化的要求 ,学报编辑应努力提高识别稿件的能力、选题策划的能力、研究的能力、使用新技术的能力、熟练运用外语的能力及进行广告宣传的能力。只有这样 。
An editor's ability is the comprehensive reflection of an editor's quality and the premise of doing editor work well.Facing the needs of economic globalization,editors should try their best to improve the ability of recognizing manuscripts,choosing topics,making study,using new techniques as well as foreign languages and making advertisement propaganda.Only by these means can an editor meet the trend of journal's development.
