摘要
输油管道改输天然气既可以优化城市燃料结构,又可以使输油管道的残值充分利用。就实施输油管道改输天然气工作前存在的一系列问题及解决问题的思路、方法及措施逐一进行阐述。
Use of oil pipeline to transfer natural gas can optimize the town fuel composition, and can make a complete use of old pipeline salvage. A series of problems in practice of this work and some ideas, methods and measures to solve these problems are sequentially discussed in this paper.
