多元复合酸降压增注工艺技术在文南油田的应用 被引量:6

摘要 多元复合酸体系主要由有机酸和无机酸、强酸和弱酸、多元酸和一元酸与适量的添加剂组成。其作用原理是 ,依靠体系中HCl、磷酸及有机酸溶蚀铁质、灰质组分 ;依靠体系的SYD砂岩处理剂溶蚀硅质、泥质类的堵塞物 ;依靠体系中添加剂实现渗透、增溶、防乳、清除残余油及有机沉淀物。现场实施降压增注 30井次 ,累计增注水量 92 42 7m3,取得了较好的效果。 Polyatomic-recombination acid system is mainly made up of organic and inorganic acid,strong and weak acid, polybasic and centralized acid and moderate additive. The system's basic principles are that HCL, phosphoric acid and organic acid are used to corrode Fe and grey matter, SYD solution for sandstone is used to corrode silicagel and putty, additive is used to realize osmosis, increase solution, prevent emulsification and remove remnants oils and organic sediment. Depress- urization augmented injection technology was used in 30 water wells and cumulative increase water injection rate is 92427m 3. Meanwhile, good cementing results are obtained.
