摘要
目的 探讨血清中 β2 MG的含量与白血病的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析检测 3 6例白血病及 4例MDS患者血清中β2 MG ,并与 6 0例健康体检人群作对照分析。结果 白血病与MDS患者的β2 MG明显高于正常对照组。结论 血清 β2 MG对白血病诊断有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum β 2 microglobulin (β 2 MG) and leukemia.Methods Serum β 2 MG was detected in 36 patients with leukemia and 4 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) by means of radioimmunoassay.Sixty healthy subjects served as control group.Results Serum β 2 MG concentration in patients with leukemia and MDS was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The detection of Serum β 2 MG is of some value in diagnosis of leukemia.
