摘要
目的 探讨支气管哮喘 (哮喘 )患者体内氧化 抗氧化系统的改变及其临床意义。方法 观察了 40例哮喘发作期病人、10例健康人和 2 0例治疗组病人 ,用生化方法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量和 1秒钟用力肺活量实测值 /预计值百分比。结果 (1)哮喘发作期患者SOD、CAT活性显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,MDA含量高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )MDA含量与 1秒钟用力肺活量实测值 /预计值百分比呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 38P <0 0 1)。SOD活性与MDA含量呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 48P <0 0 0 1)。 (3)治疗组比发作组SOD、CAT活性明显增高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 哮喘患者体内存在氧化 抗氧化失衡现象 。
Objective: To study the level of oxidation and anti oxidation system and their clinical significance in bronchial asthma. Methods: Forty patients with asthma in the stage of attack,ten healthy persons andtwenty treated patients were observed. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT),the value of malonaldehyde(MDA) in serum were measured by biochemical method. The ratios of actual value to the predictive value of forcedexpiratory volume in one second(FEV1 0%) were evaluated. Results:(1)MDA in the group of attack was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0 05), but SOD?CAT were remarkably lower than those of the control group(P<0 01 ). (2)The value of MDA in serum was significantly negatively correlated with FEV1 0%(r=-0.38 P<0 01).The activity of SOD was significantly negatively correlated with the value of MDA(r=-0 48P<0 001). (3)The activities of SOD?CAT in the treated group were significantly higher than those of the patients of asthma in the stage of attack(P<0 01). Conclusion: There exists a phenomenon of imbalance between oxidation and anti oxidation in the patients of asthma,which may play an important role in the development of bronchial asthma.
