摘要 目的 探讨载脂蛋白基因多态性对血脂代谢的影响及与冠心病的相关性。方法 对10 0例冠心病患者和 5 0名正常对照者 ,采用酶法测定血浆脂质和载脂蛋白 (Apo)水平。载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型采用聚合酶链反应———限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)的方法。结果 冠心病组ApoE4/ 3基因型高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,冠心病患者ApoE4/ 3基因型携带者总胆固醇和ApoB水平高于其它基因型者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其它血脂指标差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 ApoE基因多态性对血脂水平有明显作用 。 Objective To evaluate the effect of ApoE Gene polymorphism on the Plasma lipid levels and to evaluate the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred CHD patients and fifty healthy controls were involved to test their Plasma lipid levels by enzyme methods. Polymerase chain reaction RFLP (PCR RFLP),HhaI digestion, polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis, and silver staining were used for the detection of ApoE genotype. Results The frequency of ApoE4/3 genotypes in the patients with CHD is higher than that in controls(P<0.05). The ApoE4/3 genotypes were associated with serum total cholesterol and ApoB levels (P<0.05), no association was found in other lipid variables (P>0.05). Conclusion ApoE gene polymorphism affects serum lipid levels. The persons with ApoE4 gene have higher risk suffering from CHD than those with other genotypes.
