摘要
研究了在 KOH催化的条件下 ,以 N- (2 ,3 -环氧丙基 )三甲基氯化铵 (GTA)为阳离子化剂使其与淀粉反应 ,干法制备高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉 ,分析了催化剂 KOH用量、阳离子化剂 GTA用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应体系中水的质量分数等诸因素对取代度的影响。结果表明 :在 GTA用量与淀粉用量比为 1∶ 1 .8、KOH用量与淀粉用量比为 1∶ 5 0、反应温度 85℃、反应时间 3 h、反应体系中水的质量分数为 2 0 %~ 3 0 %时 ,阳离子淀粉取代度为 0 .5 4。
High degree substitution cationic starch is prepared from starch with N-(2,3- epoxypropyl)trimethylammonium chloride(GTA) as cationic agent and KOH as catalyst by a dry process.The effects of GTA,KOH,reaction temperature and reaction time on the degree of substitution of products are carefully discussed.The result is when the mass ratio between GTA and starch is 1∶1.8,the mass ratio between KOH and starch is 1∶50,the reaction temperature is 85 ℃ and the reaction time is 3 h ,the mass percent of water in reaction system is 20%~30% ,the degree of substiution is up to 0.54.
