摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜对高硅铸钢等温淬火后的显微组织进行了系统研究。结果表明,高硅铸钢经等温淬火热处理后,可以得到单一的由贝氏体铁素体和富碳的残余奥氏体交替排列的奥-贝双相组织(Aus-ferrite),组织中没有碳化物析出。在400℃等温时,等温时间过长会导致残余奥氏体分解为铁素体和碳化物。经280℃等温淬火热处理,显微组织随等温时间的变化不大,或者几乎没有变化。
The microstructural characteristics of high silicon steel casting austempered at various temperatures for vari-ous times have been studied by scanning electron microscope with result showing that pure ausferrite structure consisting of bainitic ferrite and residual austenite with amount of carbon-enriched occuring by turns can be obtained by austempering treatment to the high silicon steel casting. No carbide would precipitate in the structure. Excessive austempering caused a further transformation of the residual austenite to ferrite and carbide at 400t . Austempering at 280t produced little or no microstructural change with variety of austempering time.
