摘要 分别利用解析式和有限元软件计算了由周向温差引起的轴向不均匀应力 ,对影响焦炭塔垂直度的各种因素进行了分析 ,实测了焦炭塔的垂直度情况及一次循环操作中地脚螺母的松动情况。结果表明 :塔壁周向不均匀温度场在塔壁上产生的轴向应力较小 ,但具有拉压交叉的特征 ,与其它温差产生的应力综合的结果使得塔体圆周的轴向应力和应变不均匀 ,长期循环操作使得应变之差累积起来 ,影响塔体垂直度。周向不均匀温度场也是塔体摆动和地脚螺母松动的主要原因之一。 The incline of the coke tower was surveyed as the coke had unloaded. The tightness of the anchor bolt nut of the tower has been inspected during a cyclic loading. Axial stress caused by the circumferential temperature difference has been calculated with analyfical method and FEM separately according to the measured data of the circumferential temperature difference. The factors that influence the incline of the coke tower have been analyzed. The results showed that the towers in China should not be so inclined like those in other country, because they fed the liquid medium in axial direction at the bottom and were different from those that fed in horizontal direction in other countries. The stress caused by circumferential uneven temperature field of the shell is relatively small, but it has a special feature in alternately tensile and compressive stresses. The overlap with those stresses caused by other temperature difference would make the axial stress uneven. The greater the stress, the greater the strain. The accumulation of the difference of the strain would induce the incline of the tower during long time. The circumferential uneven temperature field is one of the main factors of the sway and the slack of the anchor bolt nut of the tower.
