摘要
对焦炭塔堵焦阀接管部位分别进行了在塔顶馏出管线所作用的管端推力(矩)以及塔体轴、径向温差和接管与塔体连接区域温差载荷下的应力计算。结果表明,管端推力(矩)对该部位的应力起着重要作用。并将新塔堵焦阀部位的整体接管补强与旧塔的补强圈补强进行了应力对比,证明新塔接管焊缝处应力数值减小。
Calculations of pipe end thrust (moment)applied by tower top effluent pipe,the loads caused by temperature difference between axial and radial of tower shell,and between the connecting pipe and adjacent portion of tower shell are carried out. The calculating results indicate that the pipe end thrust(moment)play an importance role in the stress on that portion. By comparision with integral reinfocement stress value of plugging coke valve of new tower to the reinforcement pad stress value of old tower,the stress value at connecting pipe weld of new tower is reduced.
