摘要
目的 改进制作大鼠心脏移植模型的方法。方法 在陈忠华术式的基础上加以改进，用含肝素的冰生理盐水自下腔静脉直接灌注；采用腹腔异位移植方法，将供心主动脉和肺动脉分别与受者的腹主动脉和下腔静脉端侧吻合，以长哈巴狗夹代替两个弯血管夹。结果 72例大鼠心脏移植手术成功率提高到90%以上，手术时间缩短为70 min。 结论 采用作者所改进的方法能提高手术成功率，缩短手术时间。
Objective To modify the operation method of rat heterotopic heart transplantation. Methods Modifications on Chen Zhonghua's surgical approach were made. Specifically, cold saline was perfused directly into donor inferior vena cava during the procurement of the donor heart before donor ascending aorta and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to recipient's abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava respectively. A long cure vascular clamp was used instead of 2 small clamps for blocking arterial and venous blood flow during operation. Results Successful rate was enhanced to over 90% in 72 rat heart transplantation operations and the operational time reduced to 70 min. Conclusion The modified surgical approach enhances the rate of success and reduces the operation time of rat heterotopic heart transplantation.
