摘要
目的 :研究调脂胶囊对实验性血脂代谢紊乱SD大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法 :用调脂胶囊给实验性血脂代谢紊乱SD大鼠连续灌胃 3周 ,取空腹鼠血清 ,采用酶学法测定鼠血清TC、TG、LDL C、HDL3 C含量。结果 :调脂胶囊大、中、小剂量均极显著降低血脂代谢紊乱大鼠血清TC和LDL C值 (P <0 .0 1) ,其作用均显著优于大剂量吉非贝齐。结论
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic efficiency of Tiaozhi capsule for the SD rats with experimental dislipidemia.METHODS Tiaozhi capsule was given to the rats in group C,D,E in dose of 2.5 ,5,10 g·kg -1 ·d -1 respectively by intragastric gavage (ig) for 3 weeks,gemfibrozil was given to the rats in group F in dose 1 g·kg -1 and in group F as experimental hyperlipidemic control.RESULTS By comparison with group B after 3 week,the levels of plasma low density lipoprotein (LCL C) were very significantly decreased in group C,D,E and F ( P < 0.01 ),the levels of plasma total cholesterol (TC) were very significantly decreased only in group C,D,E ( P < 0.01 ).CONCLUSIONS This study revealed that the Tiaozhi capsule had ideal therapeutic efficiency only in small dosage for the SD rats.
