摘要
目的：观察补肾益心片对肾血管性高血压大鼠血浆过氧化脂质及性激素的影响。方法：建立Ｇｏｌｄｂｌａｔｔ＇ｓ二肾一夹型高血压大鼠模型（Ｇ－２Ｋ１Ｃ），以开搏通为对照药，设立补肾益心片高、中、低剂量组，开搏通组，模型组，假手术组，灌胃４周后测定大鼠尾动脉压，并取血测脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ），超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ），睾酮（Ｔ）和雌二醇Ｅ ２ 。结果：与模型组比较补肾益心片高、中、低剂量组及开搏通组能降低肾血管性高血压大鼠的血压（Ｐ＜０．０１）；可降低肾血管性高血压大鼠血浆的ＬＰＯ，提高ＳＯＤ和ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；补肾益心片各组可纠正高血压大鼠睾酮和雌二醇的失调。结论：补肾益心片具有确切的降血压作用，可改善高血压大鼠睾酮与雌二醇的失调（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Purpose:To observe the effects of Bushen Yixin（BSYX）Tablets on lipid peroxide and sexual hormone in blood plasma of the renal hypertension rats.Methods:The Goldblatt's hypertension rat's model（G-2K1C）was prepared and all the rats were divided into BSYX high，middle and low dosage groups，Captopril group，the model group and the false_operation group.Four weeks after the free radical，testotrone and estradiol were detected in blood plasma.Results:Compared with model group，the blood pressure of the renal hypertension rats was found lowered in all the BSYX groups and Captopril group（P<0.01），Also the LPO was lowered in the blood plasma of the renal hypertension rats.But the SOD and GSH-PX were increased（P<0.01）.The imbalance of the testosterone and estrahiol of the rats was corrected in all the BSYX groups.Conclusion:Bushen Yixin（BSYX）Tablets can definitely lower blood pressure of renal hypertension rats and improve the imbalance of the rat's testosterone and estradionl.
