摘要
目的 探讨运动训练对慢性应激大鼠 β 内啡肽 (β EP)分泌的变化。 方法 对大鼠进行为期 8周的不同负荷运动训练 ,并在运动训练后期给予 3周的冷刺激 ,测定大鼠下丘脑和血清中 β EP的含量。 结果 ①经过 3周的冷应激后 ,大鼠产生显著的身心变化 ,下丘脑和血清 β EP的含量均显著升高 ,从而表明冷应激可使机体 β EP的合成和释放增多。②经过 8周的运动训练后 ,大鼠下丘脑 β EP含量显著升高 ,血清 β EP含量显著下降 ;而对运动训练的大鼠施加冷刺激后 ,大鼠下丘脑和血清中 β EP含量显著低于应激组 ,以中等负荷运动训练组最为明显。结论 运动训练可以减少内源性 β EP的释放 ,有效对抗大鼠机体对冷刺激产生的应激反应 。
Objective To explore the effect of exer cise training on secretion of beta-endorphin (β-EP) in stress rats. Methods SD rats were conducted on exercise training with different load for 8 weeks and exerted on cool stress for 3 weeks in the later stage of training, β-EP concen tration in the hypothala mus and in peripheral blood were measured. Results ①Afte r cool stress, the psyc hosomatic changes were produced notably, β-EP concentration in hypothalamus a nd in peripheral blood increased significantly. It indicated that cool stress mi g ht enhance the synthesis and release of β-EP. ②After training, β-EP content in hypothalamus increased and that in peripheral blood decreased significantly. In stress and training group, β-EP content in hypothalamus and peripheral blood were lower than those in stress group. Conclusion It indi cated that exercise training might decrease the release of endogenous β-EP and resist the stress reaction on cool stimulus effectually and maintain the stabili zation of endocrine function under stress state.
