摘要
目的 研究外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 ( b FGF)对脑缺血再灌流后 HSP70表达与细胞凋亡的影响。方法 线栓法制成大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞及再灌流模型 ,用免疫组化及原位末端标记的方法观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞 2 h后再通 1~ 72 h脑组织 HSP70表达与凋亡细胞的分布 ,侧脑室注射外源性 b FGF,并观察对它们的影响。结果 b FGF组与生理盐水组相比于 6~ 4 8h各时间点的 HSP70表达增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,凋亡细胞数明显减少 ( P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 外源性 b FGF可能诱导脑缺血再灌流后
Objective To study the effect of exogenous bFGF on the cell apoptosis through the expression of HSP70.Methods the effect of exogenous bFGF on HSP70 protein expression was examined via immunohistochemistry,at 1 72 h reperfusion after the Middle cerebral artery (MCA) was occluded for 2 h in rats. Simutaneously,the distribution of apoptosis was observed.Results The expression of HSP70 elevated and cell apoptosis decreased in bFGF treated rats as compared with ischemia rats(P<0 05,P<0 01).Conclusions Exogenous bFGF may induce HSP70 expression and supress apoptosis.
