摘要 [目的 ]初步探讨人巨细胞病毒感染与膀胱癌的关系。 [方法 ]采用一种新的PCR产物定量测定技术 ,对 12例膀胱癌病人 ,2 4例健康人的尿脱落细胞病理标本进行人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)的定量检测 ,并结合临床资料 ,探讨膀胱癌与HCMV感染的关系。 [结果 ] 12例膀胱癌病人中有 8例阳性 ,2 4例对照人群中无阳性发现 ,表明膀胱癌细胞内存在有HCMV基因的DNA。 [结论 ]膀胱癌病人中有较高的HCMV感染 ,并可能在膀胱癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用。 Objective] To explore the relationship between the infection of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and bladder cancer. [Methods] Specimens of exfoliated cells in urine from 12 bladder cancer patients and 24 health controls have been studied by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR). [Results] The human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) DNA was detected in exfoliated cells in urine from 8 bladder cancer patients of 12,while not in controls. [Conclusion] The infectious rate of ACMV in bladder cancer patients is high. HCMV might play an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer.
