摘要
[目的 ]为了解第二松花江汞污染治理后沿江渔民体内汞蓄积量 ,分析目前沿江渔民甲基汞中毒的危险性。[方法 ]应用现况调查的方法收集资料 ,对沿江渔民 1195份发样的总汞含量及 2 5份发样的甲基汞含量进行了检测。[结果 ] 1997年发样中总汞的均值为 1 849μg/g ,是治理前 (13 5 μg/g)的 1/7 3。目前沿江渔民甲基汞中毒的危险性指数为 1 2 1,仍高于正常值 1。 [结论 ]渔民汞蓄积水平已有明显下降 ,但危险性仍未消除 ,应采取有效的干预性预防措施 ,减少甲基汞毒害的可能性。
Objective] To determine the accumulative level of mercury in human body after the pollution was controlled in the area of Second Songhua River. [Methods] Across sectional study was conducted in the data collection. The methods of GB 6989 86 were adopted in the measurement of mercury levels in 1195 hair samples obtained from fishing population in the area of Second Songhua River. [Results] The results showed that the geometric mean concentration of mercury in hair samples reached to 1 849 μg/g,which decreased by 7 3 times,respectively compared with those in 1975~1983. [Conclusion] The levels of mercury in hair samples decreased but they still exceed the levels in the control group. The mercury is still harmful on the health of the fishmen. More studies should be operated in this field. The effective interference measures should be taken.
