In PERT anb CPM the first arrow diagram has long been drawn by hand according to the given logical relationships. It is tirne-eonsuming and troublesome.In order to implement computer-aided construction of an arrow diagram a new method called 'Tabulation Answer Method' was developed .This paper introduces the fundamental rules of this new method.
