摘要
本文讨论了以牧草为例,采用2,3—二氨基萘荧光法测定其中硒的含量,用 HNO_3:HCIO_4=2:1及去硒硫酸作为消化液。此法最低检出限为0.5ng,用10～100ng 硒标准液作重复测定,检出值的变异系数为0.58～3.1%,样品的回收率为98%。
2,3—Diaminonaphthalene was used for the fluorometric determination of selenium in grasses.Nitric—perchloric—sulphuric acids mixture was used for digestion.Coefficient of variation was 6.1% and recovery rate was98%. As little as 0.5ng selenium was detcctable by this methed.
