摘要
为观察补肾中药益肾壮骨冲剂对骨质疏松症的疗效 ,将 130例诊断明确的骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组 80例 ,给予益肾壮骨冲剂 ;对照组 5 0例 ,给予钙剂、镇痛剂。结果发现 ,治疗后治疗组较对照组的肾虚症侯积分均值、腰痛积分均值均有明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,腰椎 (L1 ,L2 )和粗隆处 (Ward's)骨密度值均明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。表明益贤壮骨冲剂能有效地延缓骨质丧失和改善其症侯。
: To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji on the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: One hundred thirty cases diagnosed osteoporosis were divided into 2 groups at random: treatment group (80 cases, treated with Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji ) and control group ( 50 cases, treated with calcium and analgesic ). Results: The score of the symptoms of deficiency of the kidney and backache decreased more evidently in treatment group than that in control group, the bone mineral density of L 1, L 2 and Ward's in treatment group was increased more significantly than that in control group. Conclusion: Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji can effectively postpone the loss of the bone and improve the symptoms.
