摘要
目的 :建立复方肿节风胶囊专属性的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱ODS 3柱 ,流动相乙腈 0 .1%磷酸溶液 (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 343nm。结果 :异秦皮啶在 0 .0 35～ 0 .5 2 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ;平均加样回收率为 98.5 % ,RSD =0 .93% (n =5 )。结论 :该法操作简便、易行 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a special method for determination of isofraxidin contents in the Compound Zhongjiefeng capsule. METHODS:Using HPLC with ODS 3 column,acetonitrile 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(20∶80) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 343 nm.RUSULTS:The linerarity was good within the range of 0.035 0.52 μg ( r =0.9999).The average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 0.93%( n =5) respectively.CONCLUSION:This method is rapid ,simple and accurate.
