摘要
目的 :研制芦丁滴丸剂 ,建立质量标准。方法 :PEG 6 0 0 0为载体研制。用UV法测定含量 ,对滴丸的粒径、重量均匀度、崩解时限作初步研究。结果 :滴丸平均粒径 2 93± 0 0 34mm ,粒重 15 32± 0 2 5 8mg(n =2 0 )。芦丁平均含量为每粒 2 19mg ,RSD =1 5 7%。结论 :制备方法简便易行 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and the determination of the content of rutin pill.METHODS:Rutin pills was prepared with PEG6000 being selected as carrier.The content of Rutin was determined by spectrophotometry,meanwhile,the pill's diameter,the uniformity of weight and the dissolution test were studied.RESULTS:The average diameter was 2.93±0.034 mm,the weight of pill was 15.32±0.258 mg(n=20) and the average content of the pills was 2.19 mg, RSD was 1.57%.CONCLUSION:The preparation method is simple and suitable.The method of determination of rutin content is stability and reliability.
