摘要
利用无模充液爆炸成形技术制造球形压力容器是一种高效节能的新方法。本文通过试验研究,获得了壳体结构设计原则,验证了药量计算公式并给出了工程应用的前景。
This paper presents a new method of manufacturing spherical vessel based on the technology of non-die explosive forming,which has proved to be energy saving and highly efficient. The technology of explosive forming of spherical vessel without dies lies in,first,the filling of water in a premanufactured spheric- ally-inscribed multicone container and,then,exploding it into a sph- erical shape.Through technological test and theoretical analysis,the designing principle of the structure of multi-cone spherical container is obtained,the formula of dosage calculation is verified, and the technological law is deduced.As a result,both experimental and theo- retical bases are provided for the application of this technology,and this brand new idea of manufacturing small and mediumsized spherical pressure vessels in an energy saving and highly efficient way has a bright future.
