管式结晶器爆炸成型实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以爆炸加工复杂内腔管式结晶器为例,简要介绍了爆炸成型的机理,并对其实验的方法、装置、过程以及能量分析、药量计算进行了论述。实验结果表明,爆炸成型加工管式结晶器是可行的,管坯零件内表面精度取决于芯模的精度,用药量主要与管坯的材料、厚度和变形量有关。存在的一些问题是正确估算管坯变形所需药量及其分布,同时提高密封系统的质量。 Using explosive processing of a tubular mould with complex inner-surface as an example,the principle of explosive forming is introduced.And the way,equipment and process of explosive forming experiment as well as the energy analysis and calculation of charge mass are discussed in detail.The results of experiment show that explosive forming of the tubular mould with complex inner-surface is feasible,the precision of inner-surface of tubular blank is dependent to that of mould core and the charge mass is relative to the material,thickness and deformation of the blank.But there are some problems that should be solved in the farther experiments.The existed problems includes correct estimation of charge mass necessary to blank deformation,distribution of the charge mass and improvement of sealing system's quality.
