摘要
羊毛衫的尺寸特性是影响产品质量的一个很重要的因素。在生产中 ,控制产品的尺寸主要就是控制编织时的弯纱深度 (NP值 ) ,不同的组织结构 ,其弯纱深度的变化对织物尺寸特性的影响也各不相同。文中以表格形式具体分析了NP值对纬平针组织、四平针组织、半畦编组织、畦编组织。
The dimensional property of woolen sweater is an important factor influencing the quality of products. In knitting process, controlling products dimension means, to a great extent, controlling its sinking depth. For different constructions, variations of sinking depth always brings about different effect on the dimensional property of fabric. A table is given, in which the influence of sinking depth on the dimensional stability of some structures such as weft plain , half cardigan stitch, full cardigan rib and Milano rib is analysed in detail.
