摘要
为研究织物结构对织物保暖性能的影响,选取了四平组织、罗纹空气层组织、1+1罗纹组织、畦编组织和半畦编组织5种常用的毛衫组织结构,采用相同的原料编织一系列弯纱深度的试样并进行线圈长度、织物厚度、透气性和保暖性能测试。结果表明:四平组织织物最轻薄;畦编组织织物保暖性最好且透气性最佳;织物的保暖性受厚度和透气性的双重影响,对于单一线圈结构织物,在一定的弯纱深度范围内,厚度对保暖性的影响起主导作用,随着弯纱深度的增加透气性对保暖性的影响占主导作用;保暖轻薄系数与弯纱深度之间为二次多项式关系。
In order to find out the fabric structure influence on the warmth retention property of fabrics, 5 kinds of sample with different stitches such as rib stitch, milano rib stitch, 1 + 1 rib stitch, cardigan and half cardigan stitches commonly used in sweater were woven with the same material and different sinking depths, and their stitch length, fabric thickness, air permeability, and warmth retention were tested. The experimental results show that rib fabric is the lightest, and the warmth retention of cardigan stitch is the best and its air permeability is also very good. The warmth retention is influenced by both the thickness and air permeability. As far as fabrics with single loop construction is concerned, in a certain sinking depth range, the thickness plays a leading role in influencing the warmth retention; with the increase of sinking depth, the air permeability becomes the leading role; and the warmth retention/ thickness ratio and sinking depth have quadratic polynomial relationship.
