摘要
R型 /中性一浴染色可将染色时间从原来的 10 h缩短为 4～ 5 h,修色可降温后直接加料。由于中性条件固色 ,避免碱性条件下的锦纶手感损伤。KE型活性染料染色后 ,在染锦纶时 p H值不可太低 ,以 6～ 7为宜 ,避免酸性条件下染料 -纤维键断裂。
With R reactive dye/neutral dye in one bath, the dyeing time of polyamide/cotton blends reduced to 4～5 h from original 10 h. For KE reactive dyes,the pH value for dyeing polyamide should be 6～7 to avoid breaking the dye-fiber bond.
