摘要
探讨了锦棉金属丝交织织物染整处理工艺,选择精练酶煮漂一浴法对锦棉金属丝织物进行前处理,采用了一浴法对锦棉金属丝织物进行染色,结果表明,采用该法对锦纶的损伤较传统的染整处理低,有利于织物染色和手感,且对金属丝影响很少。
This paper discussed the dyeing and finishing process of the nylon/cotton/wire mixture fabric. One bath method of boiling and bleaching with scouring enzyme was selected to pretreat this fabric and one bath dyeing method was used to dye it. The results showed that the selected methods had lower damage to the fabric comparing with the traditional finishing, were beneficial to the dyeing and handle, and had little effect on the wire.
