N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine is a new sweets and a significant pharmaceutical intermediate with lots of physiological activities.This paper mainly summarized the preparation method,physiochemical properties and it's physiological activities.The application of NAG in foods was also mainly introduced and forecasted.
