摘要
概述了国内外开发利用甲壳素资源 ,研制抗菌防臭保健纺织品的进展情况。利用甲壳素纤维的主要特性 ,采用甲壳素纤维与棉纤维及远红外纤维进行混纺并制成针织面料 ,通过对混纺纱及针织面料的服用性、舒适性及抗菌性等进行测试 ,结果表明 :研制的甲壳素棉、甲壳素远红外棉混纺针织面料与同纱号同规格的纯棉针织面料的质量接近 ,而吸湿性、抑菌防臭功能特别突出 。
Situation of developing antibacterial and odour resistant health care fabrics in home and abroad are summarized using chitin material According to properties of chitin fibre,chitin fibre could be blended with cotton and far infrared fibre,and made into knitting fabrics The testing of the wearability,comfortability and antibacterial property of blended yarn and chitin knitting fabrics shows that the quality of chitin/cotton and chitin/far infrared/cotton blended knitting fabrics is similar to 100% cotton fabric of the same yarn count and structure,but show excellent absorbent quality,antibacterial property and odour vesistance,so chitin blending knitting fabrics developed are ideal health care underwear fabrics
