摘要
振动冲击夯活塞杆顶端的防松装置有单螺母开口销结构、双螺母结构、双螺母锁片结构和 U形卡结构等几种形式 .其中 ,螺母结构使用时易出现断裂、脱丝和切丝现象 ,采用这类结构的国产冲击夯的平均无故障工作时间通常为 70 h~ 80 h,而采用 U形卡结构的冲击夯则可达 1 50 h以上 ,大大优于行业标准规定的合格要求 ,从而提高了振动冲击夯的作业可靠度 .但与螺母结构相比 ,U形卡结构的工作噪声要高出 2 d B~ 3d B,略超过行业标准要求 ,故对如何降低工作噪声应进一步研究。
There are several loosenessproof construtions of piston rod end, such as the nut and lock pin, the double nuts, the lock washer and U shape lock pawl in vibrating impact tamper. The nut structures are easily broken, loosened and teeth damaged in use. The vibrating impact lamper only works reliably for 70 h^80 h with the nut structures. If using U shape lock pawl, the vibrating impact lamper can work reliably more than 150 h, which is superior to organization standard. This structure improves the reliability compared with the structure with nut, but it raises the noise about 2 dB^3 dB, which exceeds the organization standard. How to lower the noise is a problem to be further researched.
