摘要
根据工程施工的条件和环境需要,在HCR80型振动冲击夯技术的基础上,通过连接件的设计,在一台夯机上实现电动机和内燃机双动力源的连接,通过扶手减振器橡胶压缩减振的设计,有效提高了橡胶减振器使用寿命和减振效果,技术创新研究和设计出HCR80K型振动冲击夯。
According to the conditions and environment required by engineering and construction and based on the technology of HCRS0 vibratory vibro-impact tamper, the design of bridge piece could enable the temper achieving a dual power source connection between the electric motor and the interual combustion engine. The design of damped handles on the rubber shock absorber could increase the service life of the rubber shock absorbers and damping effects in an effective way. HCRSOK vibro-impact temper is a new design with innovated technology.
