摘要
以肉桂酸和异戊醇为原料 ,PTSA/SiO2 (硅胶固载对甲苯磺酸 )为催化剂通过酯化反应合成了肉桂酸异戊酯 ,对酯化反应中的影响因素进行了研究 .结果表明 ,在固载量 (质量分数 )为1 3 8% ,n(异戊醇 )∶n(肉桂酸 )为 2 0∶1 ,催化剂用量 4% ,反应时间 4h ,反应温度 85 - 90℃ ,苯为带水剂时 ,酯化率达到 84% .
Isoamyl Cinnamate was synthesized by esterification reaction using cinnamic acid and isoamyl alcohol as raw materials and PTSA/SiO 2 was prepared by impregnation p toluenesulfonic acid onto support silica gel as catalyst. The factors in the reaction were also discussed. It showed that the esterification ratio could reach 84% under the conditions of as the quantity of solid carriers was 13.8%, n (cinnamic acid)∶ n (isoamyl alcohol)was 2.0∶1, the quantity of catalyst was 4%, reaction time was 4 hrs and temperature was about 85~90℃.
