摘要
在系统效用最大化前提下 ,建立了收费道路交通量分担模型 ,提出模型中参数的标定方法和模型的数值解法 ,并结合实例对模型进行标定。利用所建立的模型可预测路网交通量在多条路线上的分配比率 ,并可利用弹性定义分析不同服务属性对道路用户选择路线的影响 ,亦可作为收费道路收费收入 费率关系模型的基础 。
On the base of maximum system efficiency, traffic volume sharing model of toll road was developed, with an example provided, as well as the estimation of coefficient and arithmetic solution. This model can be used to forecast network traffic assignment, analyse the effect of service propriety on user choice with elastic theory, and as a base for the toll rate model. It also can calculate the maximum toll, the optimum toll rate.
