摘要
确定一条收费道路的最佳收费方案是一个多目标决策问题。从收费系统发生的费用角度出发 ,开发了一种收费系统优化设计的模型———线性加权费用模型 ,利用该模型进行收费系统的设计 ,不仅能同时确定最佳收费车道、收费方法和收费广场的几何参数 (渐变率和直线段长度 ) ,而且在收费站位置确定的情况下 ,还能确定最佳收费制式 ,克服了目前普遍采用的用预期服务水平模型进行收费车道数设计方法的缺陷 。
The optimizing of highway toll system is a multi object decision making question. According to the cost of toll system, the authors developed a linear weight optimizing cost model for toll system. It can't only decide the optimal number of toll lane, toll method and the relative parameters of toll plaza(the length of the straight line part and the cone),but also can decide the optimal toll pattern, and it overcomes the shortcoming of existing expected service level model for the designing of number of toll lane as well as provides a reasonable and quantitative method for the designing of toll project.
