摘要
研究了某型号柴油机球铁曲轴滚压工艺参数对曲轴疲劳强度的影响，最佳的滚压工艺参数能使曲轴弯曲疲劳强度提高 175％，圆角处的疲劳极限应力达 553 N/mm^2。
Effect of fillet rolling technological parameter on fatigue strength of nodular cast iron crankshaft is studied.The optimum technological parameter will make the bending fatigue strength improve by 175％ and the limit stress of fatigue strength on the fillet reach to 553 N/mm^2
