摘要 本文将120例性激素放射免疫测定与临床诊断作一分析。阳萎病人睾酮水平较低与年龄有关,50岁以上有下降趋势,但个别例外。前列腺增生睾酮水平明显增高时,要注意癌变可能,不育症中如睾酮下降,FSH、LH增高,多为睾丸病变;而T、FSH、LH均正常时,大部分为阻塞性原因所致。睾丸发育不良,如PRL增高,T、FSH、LH均低,可能垂体病变,而T值低,FSH、LH增高,系原发性的睾丸功能衰竭。 The clinical analysis is based on 120 sex hormone radioimmunoassays. The results showed that: the testosterone(T) level of impotence was low and related to his age, but with exceptions. Prostatic cancer will be suspected if T level was too high. If T level was low but FSH, LH high, the infertility was mostly resulted from testicular failure. If T FSH, LH were all in normal range, the obstructive disease will be suspected. If T, FSH, LH level were all low, agenesis of the testis may be hypophyseal in origin.
