摘要
研究了用聚苯乙烯系吸附树脂负载的氧化铜催化剂催化氧化丙硫醇生成二丙基二硫化物的活性 ,发现Cu O/D35 2 0 催化剂活性较高 ,用 XPS、XRD、IR法研究了其体相及表面状况。讨论了铜和载体间的作用 ,用 IR、UV、MS法对氧化产物结构进行了分析。用 1 2 % Cu O/D35 2 0 0 .1 g在常压、2 93 K时催化氧化 1 0 .0 mmol丙硫醇 ,反应 0 .1 5h,丙硫醇转化率和二硫化物选择性均为 1 0 0 % ,使用 1
Supported copper oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnating the polystyrenedivinyl benzene adsorptive resin in solution containing divalent copper ion. It was found that CuO/D 3520 catalyst has good activity and selectivity for air oxidation of npropanethiol to dipropyl disulfide. The highly dispersed CuO on the catalyst was identified by XRD. The interaction between supporter and metal was confirmed by IR spectra. XPS spectra showed that Cu 2+ existed on the catalyst surface. The composition of the product was also identified by HPLC, UV, IR and MS. Under the reaction conditions (patial pressure of oxygen of 101.3 kPa, the temperature of 293 K, the weight of 12% CuO/D 3520 of 0.1 g, the amount of npropanethiol 10.0 mmol and the time of 0.15 h), the conversion of npropanethiol and selectivity of the disulfide were all 100%. The catalyst has been used for 16 times repeatedly, its catalytic activity kept almost the same as the first.
