摘要
针对我国润滑油基础油目前氧化安定性较差的状况 ,在实验室用杂多酸丙酮液相脱氮体系进行了基础油非加氢脱氮工艺的研究。结果表明 ,杂多酸脱碱氮率高达 95 % ,而脱硫率低于3 .5 % ,说明杂多酸是一种高选择性的脱氮剂 ,脱氮油氧化安定性显著提高。
Removal of nitrogen compounds from lube base oil by using heteropolyacid as extractant was studied in the laboratory for improving the oxidation stability of domestic lube base oil. The experimental result showed that the heteropolyacid had high denitrogenation selectivity, which denitrogenation rate could reach 95% with a desulfurization rate less than 3.5%. The oxidation stability of the treated base oil was obviously improved.
